For the fiscal year ending in December 2025, revenue increased by more than 45%, reaching €60 million.

To sustain this growth, Programmads relies on a multidisciplinary, international team whose agility has been further enhanced through the structural optimization of internal processes powered by AI. This strategic approach enables the company to maintain a high-performing, agile organization while expanding its global footprint. Programmads is now active in 15 countries across Europe and North America.
In 2026, the company’s strategy will focus on targeted expansion in the UK, Italy, and Germany, while strengthening its core markets in the Benelux, France, and Spain. This is expected to drive continued growth in both revenue and profitability, alongside the recruitment of new programmatic consultants. Programmads will also begin its B Corp certification process in 2026.
On the technology front, the company will continue investing in the further development of its SaaS solution, Adsecura, a comprehensive quality control system designed to bring greater rigor to programmatic campaign execution. Programmads will also accelerate its work on agentic AI, including the development of cross-platform AI agents such as ADAM Chat, aimed at simplifying operations and enhancing client performance.
