Responsabilities

  • Advise and accompany Google DV360/CM customers on their programmatic environment
  • Establish relations with a dedicated pool of Clients, Identify pain points, challenges, growth opportunities
  • Create media plans for clients based on their business objectives and challenges
  • Define long term cross-channel digital strategies for clients
  • Manage programmatic campaign budgets and objectives
  • Act as an account manager and project manager for ongoing implementations and setups
  • Be a Guarantor of results in terms of KPIs and spends
  • Detect problems/opportunities in the accounts
  • Responsible of the level of quality of the programmatic operations and client satisfaction
  • Onboarding of new clients on the licences in close collaboration with Customer Success Manager
  • Complete certification on Google Programmatic Tools

Qualifications:

  • You have more than 1 year of programmatic experience on either sell-side or buy-side through a: media agency, agency trading desk, demand side platform or programmatic technology company
  • You have strong analytical thinking abilities, problem-solving mindset
  • You organized with attention to detail
  • You must be an independent thinker and highly creative in digital media buying and optimization
  • You have in depth experience with media planning and digital strategy
  • You can handle direct account management with our customers
